A small, feisty boxing figure stands proudly atop a bar of “Zote” soap. Zote is a laundry soap manufactured in Mexico. It could be an advertisement for the soap itself – “Zote is tough on stains!” When next to Colonial Toilette it could represent the colonized people fighting back.
